If you brows or use Air-Green Corp. website, you are held responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and to restrict the access to your computer.  You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password.  Air-Green website may only be used for lawful purposes.  We prohibit conducting any fraudulent activities of any kind, including but not limited to, tampering with the site, misrepresenting the identity of a user, or using buying agents.

Standard Terms and Conditions

Orders:  each order placed by you for goods and/or services must be treated as an offer to buy, subject to our conditions.  No order placed by you should be consider a binding contract to our company until acceptance is confirmed in writing by us.  Air-Green Corp. reserves the right and is under no obligation to accept any particular order or any orders at all.
Form of payment:  Merchandise must be pre-paid in order to process shipping.  Air-Green Corp. supports PayPal's secure payment methods.  We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, Debit Cards and Checking accounts. 
Prices: All prices are Ex-works our warehouse.  Prices are specified for each item, in the event that no price is stated the company's list price at the time of your order shall apply.  All prices are excluded of delivery charges, sales taxes, any customs and/or duty taxes required by the customers’ country.
Delivery:  Air-Green Corp. will not insure any cargo and is not responsible for any merchandise once it leaves our facilities.  The delivery company selected by you, (from the choices available in that section), will deliver the goods to the address provided.  The carrier of your choice is full responsible for the cargo until is delivered to you.  If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, you are responsible to contact the delivery company to start any claim process.  Please let us know if we can be of any assistant during that process.   Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible; in the event that the items are not available we will notify you with an approximate date of delivery.
Exchange and refunds: All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, for any claims please refer to our warranty terms and conditions.
