Product  Mini Splits:

    • Airgreen Corporation warrants that all the "Airgreen " Mini-Splits products that we sell to our customers are free of factory defects.
    • The Manufacturer's warranty for the "Airgreen " Mini-Splits are valid for two (2) years on parts and five (5) years on compressor.  Warranty period will start from the date on the end user commercial invoice.
    • Parts included in the warranty terms are those electrical and refrigeration cycle parts.  In the case of the coils, front, top and lateral panels or any screws, warranty will only apply for one (1) year.  We will not replace any part(s) or compressor unless it has been examined by an Airgreen Corporation. authorized representative.  If Airgreen Corporation. determines that the part(s) or compressor are factory defective, we will replace it free of charge.  The replaced compressor will continue to carry the original warranty period.  Airgreen Corporation. is not responsible for any cost related to shipping and handling of the part(s).   
    • Airgreen Corporation is not responsible for any labor cost such as removing, servicing or repairing the equipment.

      Note:

      Airgreen Corporation reserves the right to change the warranty term and conditions at any time.

      All warranty will be voided if:
      • Product is not properly operated or installed
      • Defects due to the effects of corrosion
      • Units are exposed to sea salt and are installed in a distance less than 300meters from the seashore
      • Preventive maintenance is not performed at least 2 times a year
      • Damages are caused due to the use of parts other than original Factory Authorized Part
      • Damages are caused due to alteration, modification or any kind of changes to the original design or functioning.
      • Damages are caused due to vandalism, floods, fire, acts of God, and all other events out of Airgreen Corporation control.
      • Damages are caused due to improper use and abuse, even if it is accidental or intentional, incorrect maintenance, continuous use of the equipment even when presents partial malfunctioning, the use of contaminated water, incorrect voltage and electric frequency
      • Damages are caused by the incorrect and improper comprehension of instructions provided on by  Airgreen Corporation's manuals.  In particular reference to the specifications, applications, installations, use, maintenance of the products and equipments. 
      • Damages are due to failure to comply with the codes, standards, ordinances and specifications of the Governmental and Industry institutions.     
      Warranty Disclaimer:
      • Equipment Installation must be performed by a CERTIFIED AIR CONDITIONING TECHNICIAN.  Failure to comply will automatically void any warranty on the equipment or product.  Airgreen Corporation is not responsible for any personal injury or any other damages caused or related to the incorrect installation of the equipment or the installation by a non-certified technician.

      Required Documents:

      In order to honor factory warranty, the end-user must present the original commercial invoice from the installer.  The original commercial invoice must include Model number, serial number and date of installation.

      Warranty Registration:

      You can send the registration form (attached) with your original invoice to keep in our records in case you require warranty.

      Product  Ducted Splits:

      Airgreen Corporation warrants that all the "Airgreen " Ducted Splits products that we sell to our customers are free of factory defects.

      The Manufacturer's warranty for the "Airgreen " Ducted Splits are valid for five (5) years on parts and ten (10) years on compressor.  Warranty period will start from the date on the end user commercial invoice.
